Bitcoin isn't private but best store of value. Receive it in Samourai Wallet. Transfer some to Phoenix wallet and use it as a daily driver (low tx fees / lightening)
Monero is CASH. Use Moneroju for it. Cake Wallet is nice for buying crypto directly with a card.
For Etherium and Assets? Nothing beats safe.global

You can have top tier OPSEC and use private browsers but Your name will pop up the moment someone pays you.
You can make your name mean nothing. Just search your full name on google and delete stuff. Remove accounts that you find and file for removal. Your name is important only if someone on the web can form a profile. Otherwise, doesn't mean nothing.
