If you think about what essentially make your identity “real” to the state, its your name, address and phone number.
So If you have a forwarding address and a VOIP number, you can create an alternative identity online. But services and companies are aware of this so they have blacklisted a lot of address and numbers.
And if you are from a country that is too “risky” to do business with, you probably be denied access to a lot of basic products and services one can enjoy.
But I have a solution for you.
USA Companies have access to everything and if you are careful enough, you can get access to things that even US Citizens are denied.
First you need a US Address which is non-CMRA, residential and also not blacklisted.
